the central location of the cottage made it perfect for exploring Snowdon, Betws y Coed, and the beautiful coastline of Conway and Colwyn Bay. The views from the cottage were breathtaking and the gardens were charming. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a cozy log burner for chilly evenings.
Lingering smell of wet dog.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Bryn Ffynnon Holiday Cottage. The location was perfect, being just a few miles away from a charming village that had everything I needed. The cottage itself was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views from the property. I couldn't help but imagine waking up to those views every morning. It had all the amenities I could ask for and more, and the garden was simply breathtaking. I also appreciated the convenience of parking right outside the cottage. The owner was incredibly lovely and made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hidden gem.
One minor inconvenience was that the cottage is situated on a busy blind corner, making it a bit challenging to get in and out of the garage. Additionally, there was a neighbor who parked in front of the garage door, causing us to be unable to retrieve our car for 24 hours until we contacted them.

The trails were breathtaking, and we were able to discover hidden gems along the way. The kids absolutely loved exploring nature and spotting different wildlife. It was the perfect getaway to reconnect as a family and create unforgettable memories.
For dads, it would be great to have some more outdoor games or activities for the children.

Sun Terrace: The sun terrace at this holiday cottage is like a little slice of paradise. With the warm rays kissing my skin as I lounged on the comfortable chairs, it felt like I was soaking up the sun on a luxurious private island!
Busy Blind Corner: The cottage's location on a busy blind corner made it a bit tricky to maneuver in and out of the garage.

The decoration of the cottage was absolutely charming, with beautiful floral wallpaper and cozy furnishings that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the cottage were well-maintained and spacious, making it easy for a senior like me to navigate around. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like handrails in the bathrooms and well-lit stairways, which made the accommodation accessible and safe for older guests.
I would have asked for a grab bar in the shower to provide extra support for senior individuals. It would have been beneficial for the children working there to consider the needs of older guests and provide additional amenities to ensure a more comfortable stay for seniors.

The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including firewood for cozy evenings and useful local information. The comfy beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the clean and cozy house provided a home away from home feeling. The well-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, and the location was convenient, close to nearby towns for provisions and dining. Plus, the little garden was a nice bonus for enjoying some outdoor time.
Upon arriving, we were greeted with a strong smell of wet dog that lingered throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the cottage was subpar, with dog hairs on the rug and cobwebs and spiders in various corners.
